EXECUTIVE SPARRING AND COACHING

Business leaders have an especially high responsibility towards their employees, supervisors and members of the supervisory boards. As a sparring partner and coach, I will offer you very personal support in fulfilling your demanding leadership and management tasks – as equals, with esteem and respect, 100 percent discreet and absolutely confidential.
Without assuming operational tasks, I will help you to achieve clarity and safety for taking decisions in a determined way and implement them consistently – while you remain unrestrictedly accountable.

Sparring

Be it strategic questions, project control, or employee leadership – as a manager, you are often challenged by decisions with a great impact. In my role as your sparring partner, I will provide you with the outside perspective, follow your thinking and enhance it, question critically, help you develop scenarios, and reflect the implications of potential decisions – as you don’t want a superficial confirmation of your actions, but a truly sustainable decision.

Coaching

Great personal responsibility, demands by various stakeholders, constantly high workload, and permanent time constraints have an impact: on your own wellbeing, on managers, colleagues, and employees, and on your work results. Business coaching allows reflecting own behavioural patterns and discover new ways to further increase your effectiveness in the company.
